Use of the service.

1. Who we are and this agreement

PropAngles is operated by Imagine Pro Football LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using PropAngles, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What PropAngles is

PropAngles is a sports research and information service. Today it covers college football player props: the lines and prices posted by sportsbooks, each player's history at the line, the matchup, a rating of ours, and an analyst you can ask about them. Other sports are added as they launch.

3. Not a sportsbook, and not advice

PropAngles is not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate wagers, and we hold no money for wagering. Nothing on PropAngles is a guarantee of any outcome or result.

Nothing on PropAngles is betting, financial, legal or tax advice. Ratings come from a statistical model, and a model can be wrong. You decide what to play, and every decision is yours.

4. Who can use PropAngles

You must be at least 21 years old, and of legal age to wager where you live. You are responsible for knowing and following the law where you are. PropAngles is not offered where it is prohibited.

5. Play responsibly

6. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up. One account is for one person. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

PropAngles is its own account, separate from Imagine College Football and Imagine Fantasy Football.

7. Trial, subscription, renewal and cancellation

Every new account starts with a 7-day trial of everything, with no credit card. When the trial ends we charge nothing unless you choose a plan.

The plans are $14.99 a month or $149.99 a year. A plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and we charge the card on file at the then-current price, until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Cancel any time online: open Plan and billing from the account menu in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and your access continues until then. You can also write to [email protected] from the email on your account and we will cancel it for you.

If we change a price, we email you before the new price applies to your plan, so you can cancel first if you choose.

Payments are not refunded for a partly used month or year, except where the law requires it. If something is broken on our end, write [email protected] and we will make it right.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or otherwise access PropAngles by automated means;
• resell, republish or redistribute our data, ratings or answers;
• copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or try to get around its security;
• use PropAngles for anything unlawful;
• share your account or let anyone else use it.

9. Third-party content

Lines and prices come from third parties. They can be delayed, change without notice, or be wrong; always check the price with your sportsbook. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. PropAngles is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook, league, conference, school or the NCAA.

10. The analyst

The analyst's answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.

11. Our content

The content, ratings, data compilations and software of PropAngles belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use them through the service while your account is in good standing.

12. Disclaimers

PropAngles is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or without errors, or that its information is current or correct.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data or wagering losses, arising from your use of PropAngles. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using PropAngles at any time; cancelling a plan is covered in section 7, and deleting your account in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we tell you by email or on this site before it takes effect. Using PropAngles after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
