What we collect, and what we never do with it.

This policy covers propangles.com and the PropAngles app at app.propangles.com, operated by Imagine Pro Football LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us").

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. That holds in the sense the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws give to "sell" and "share". Not your email, not your questions, not what you look at. We show no ads.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address, which is your account. If you sign in with Google, the name and email Google gives us for that sign-in. If you set a password, we store only a scrambled hash of it, never the password itself. If you arrived through one of our links, a short tag for where you came from.
• Your questions: the questions you ask the analyst and its answers, so it can answer follow-ups and so we can make its answers better.
• Your plan: whether you are on the trial or a plan, and its status. Stripe holds your card details; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: what any website receives to run and protect the service, such as your IP address, browser details and the time of each request, in our server logs.
• Usage and errors in the app: which pages of the app are opened, measured in aggregate with Google Analytics, and error reports when something breaks (see Cookies below).

How we use it

To run PropAngles and answer your questions; to bill your plan; to send the email your account needs, such as sign-in links, address checks and security notices; to keep the service secure and stop abuse; and to fix problems and make the service better. We do not use it to target ads, and we do not sell it.

Who processes it for us

These service providers handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting and storage.
• Cloudflare: network delivery and protection for our sites.
• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: email delivery.
• Google: sign-in with Google, the AI model that writes the analyst's answers, and Google Analytics in the app.
• Sentry: error monitoring in the app.

Cookies and local storage

No ads, no advertising pixel, and no advertising cookies. propangles.com, this site, loads no ad script. Cloudflare, which serves it, counts visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

When you sign in we set one session cookie that keeps you signed in. The app at app.propangles.com also uses:

• Google Analytics, to count visits and the pages opened. Its cookies are _ga and _ga_ followed by our measurement id. Google's advertising features (Google signals and ad personalization) are switched off.
• Sentry, to report errors. When an error happens, it may capture a short replay of the screen leading up to it so we can fix it.
• Your browser's local and session storage, to remember a few things on your device: that you have seen the cookie notice, that you are signed in during this visit, and a question you asked while offline, until it sends.

Google user data

Sign-in with Google asks only for your basic profile and email address (the openid, email and profile scopes). PropAngles' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. Ask us to delete it and we delete your account and its data within 30 days. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or for a copy of it. Email [email protected] from the email on your account. We will not treat you differently for asking. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, have these rights by law.

Security

Everything travels encrypted over HTTPS, and access to your data is limited to the people and providers who need it to run the service. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Age

PropAngles is not for anyone under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we tell you by email or on this site before it takes effect.
